Steps for Submitting Application
There are two ways to submit your Application: electronically or via fax.

ELECTRONICALLY 1) Click the “Click here to get Application” button below. 2) Once the application comes up, SAVE a BLANK copy to your DESKTOP. When submitting electronically, you will not be able to save an edited version from the web. 3) Open the SAVED Application from your DESKTOP using a PDF PROGRAM. 4) Fill out the Application and then Save the completed form using your first initial and last name and today’s date. (Example: John Smith would be jsmith 1-1-11). 5) In your Email Application, compose an email to INFO@BRAKEINTERIORS.COM. 6) Subject – APPLICATION, JOHN SMITH 7) Attach the Application and any other documents, i.e. a resume’, that you’d like to include. 8) SEND the application using your email application. 9) We will send a confirmation of receipt within 48 hours.
